Refund Policy

You have 90 days from delivery to return your order, for any reason, and get your money back. To start a return, email contact@rimhalo.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Condition of returned items

Please return items unused and, if possible, in their original packaging.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you at no cost to you. This does not limit your legal warranty rights.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, including the standard shipping cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you have sent it back). Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

EU and EEA customers (including Norway): 14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise it, send us a clear statement (for example using the model form below) by email to contact@rimhalo.com before the 14-day period ends. You must then send the items back within 14 days. The direct cost of returning the items is paid by you. We will refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, and we may wait until we have received the items or proof of shipment. You are only liable for any loss in value of the items resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
