Terms of Service and Terms of Sale
1. Seller
This website (rimhalo.com) is operated, and products are sold, by William Staub EI (Entrepreneur individuel – sole proprietorship), trading as RIMHALO, 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France. 2. Scope
These Terms apply to all visits to rimhalo.com and to all orders placed on it. By placing an order, you accept these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
3. Use of the website
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
4. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration; minor differences in appearance may occur. Products fit standard Schrader tire valves.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and at checkout (for example USD or EUR). VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Shipping costs, if any, are shown before payment. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, if any, are the customer's responsibility. We may correct obvious pricing errors.
6. Order and payment
The order is confirmed once payment is accepted. Payment is made by credit card, PayPal or other methods shown at checkout, processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. A tracking number is sent by email once the order ships.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
You benefit from a 90-day money-back guarantee: you have 90 days from delivery to return a product, as described in our Refund Policy. Consumers in the European Union and the European Economic Area (including Norway) also benefit from the 14-day legal right of withdrawal (articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), which can be exercised without giving a reason, using the model form in our Refund Policy or any clear statement sent to contact@rimhalo.com.
9. Legal warranties
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery for EU/EEA consumers) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), in addition to any rights you have under your local law. If a product arrives defective, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RIMHALO is not liable for indirect damages, or for improper installation or use of the products. Products are decorative accessories and do not replace any lighting or safety equipment required by law.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website is the property of RIMHALO or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent.
12. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Customer service and disputes
For any question or complaint: contact@rimhalo.com. If no amicable solution is found, you may refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator, as described in our Contact & Legal Notice.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version applicable to an order is the one in force on the date of the order.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
